Terms & conditions

An offer is valid for 14 days and states the scope, the price and the timeline. The project starts once you accept the offer in writing or digitally.

A free sample page is entirely without obligation.

All prices are in euros and exclude VAT.

You pay 50% at the start of the project and 50% before the site goes live. We never launch a website before the final instalment is paid.

Invoices are due within 14 days.

You supply texts, images, logos and access details on time, and you hold the rights to use that material. Late material moves the delivery date.

You review the site before it goes live. Two rounds of revisions are included; anything beyond that is agreed in advance and invoiced separately.

If you do not respond to a delivered version within 10 working days, we treat it as approved.

After full payment you may use the delivered website without restriction.

We may show the work in our portfolio, unless you object in writing.

Third-party licences such as fonts, photos or plugins remain the property of their suppliers.

The domain name and hosting are in your name unless agreed otherwise. Third-party costs are not included in the package price.

A care plan runs monthly and can be cancelled with one month's notice.

Our liability is limited to the value of the project. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost revenue or outages at external suppliers.

Dutch law applies to our agreements. Disputes go before the competent Dutch court.
