When you fill in our contact form we receive your business name, email address, industry, current website (if given), preferred language and your message.

If you become a client we also process what the project and invoicing require: contact person, address, company registration number and VAT number.

Our website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

To answer your request and build your free sample page.

To send an offer, deliver the project and invoice it.

To meet legal obligations, such as keeping our accounts.

We process your data on the basis of your request and the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, and where applicable a legal obligation.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

Accounts and invoices are kept for 7 years, as tax law requires.

We never sell your data. We use carefully chosen providers for hosting, email and our project administration. They process data only on our instructions, inside the EU or under appropriate safeguards.

You can see, correct or delete your data and object to processing. Email info@thebetterera.com and we reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

The site runs entirely over a secure connection (HTTPS) and access to client data is limited to those who need it.
